Design / Build Projects
SEICA offers the design-build modality that involves starting a project from the design phase, integrating the architectural phase, the diverse specialties, and the engineering needed for the efficient execution of the building project.
The design department at SEICA consists of by a team of designers and engineers specialized and dedicated to bring efficient solutions to the assigned projects.
Sustainable Projects for LEED certification
At SEICA we believe in sustainable construction, in its economic benefits, and in the positive impact green construction brings. Green buildings generate savings in energy and water consumption; they provide healthier conditions for the building’s occupants, as well as reduce the impact on the environment and natural resource exploitation.
We have the methodology and the qualified and accredited staff (LEED GA, LEED AP) for the administration of LEED projects, and the execution of sustainable constructions. .
SEICA, as a leader in sustainable construction, has built and LEED certified 120 thousand square meters in various modalities: New Construction, Core & Shell, and Commercial Interiors.
