Construction Technology

In SEICA we always encourage creative and innovative environments by assuming and adapting new technologies to make us become better.
We have implemented BIM (Building Information Modeling), with which SEICA builds profit, with extreme efficiency and quality. This tool is transforming the construction industry, making complex projects much easier to implement, maintain and manage.
This resource promotes collaboration in projects, and reliable information that is shared between all the people involved in the development of a project.
Once all the information is unified, it creates a virtual model. This tool greatly simplifies the identification of design errors that are corrected before construction starts, thus saving time and money.
Previously construction was achieved with hundreds of drawings, which at the same time could generate misinterpretations or misunderstandings in its integrity. With the building model we can generate a clash detection which shows us all the various interferences amongst the differen’t specialties. With this single procedure all the drawings involved in an interference can be corrected all at once and not having to go one by one making the corrections Prefabricated parts to be assembled in construction can move forward, when all construction details are recorded.
Within the building model we can include a building schedule and cost of each item allowing us to obtain a virtual reproduction of how our project will be built in a certain time frame as well as obtaining an exact cost of our project. This is an important tool for our clients so that they can understand the building process and receive exact costs of there projects as well as any changes that they might require.
Once the project has been built, this resource simplifies the maintenance and operation of the building. Because it has a strict inventory of all the products used in the construction of the building, so you can make arrangements based on the specifications of the product and if necessary, make replacements with the original supplier.
At the end of the project management can be integrated to building systems for monitoring, operating and registering energy savings. This demonstrates to our customers that we fully understand your project and needs long before you get the construction process started.
