At SEICA we develop designs within a 3D digital environment through the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Rather than simply drawing lines, BIM facilitates the design of truly integrated elements.

We've progressed to a whole new level in which all elements of a project are developed in three dimensions, allowing any problems or conflicting elements of a project to be identified and resolved before construction ever begins. In other words, virtual construction is carried out prior to the initiation of the actual physical process.

BIM designs allow those in charge of planning and design to elect the optimum site for a given project; architects are able to produce designs that are much more precise and faithful to the client's vision of their project; engineers can better coordinate with architects and other involved inter-disciplinary experts, enhancing the reliability of project designs, and builders can detect possible construction-related problems at an early stage and make pertinent, timely changes.
